Returns & Exchanges

Our Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes the fit or color just isn’t quite right, and that’s okay. At Freecastle, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, and we’re here to make exchanges as easy and stress-free as possible.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label for a $15 fee, deducted from the final amount. Once we receive the original item, your replacement will be shipped out promptly at no additional cost.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you to arrange an alternative item or process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that final sale items cannot be exchanged.

International customers are welcome to exchange items as well. However, international return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Freecastle gear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase. Refunds are processed within three to five business days after we receive your merchandise.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We can also provide a prepaid return label for a $15 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Freecastle accepts returns worldwide. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.
